Under supervision coordinates communication of daily surgical and/or procedural case progress to the Charge RN, staff, surgeons and anesthesiologists. Coordinates Perioperative Services surgical and procedural scheduling by obtaining data relevant to the specific procedure and works with inter-/intra-departmental staff as necessary to ensure accurate procedure resource scheduling. Responsible for communicating surgical schedules to professional offices. Coordinates and resolves routine scheduling conflicts or escalates issues as appropriate.
