Position Purpose: The Pro Product Sales Specialist is responsible for assisting customers throughout the sales process for complex projects leveraging product expertise, including product selection, measurements, takeoffs from construction plans and designs, coordinating transactions with Outside Sales Representatives, and providing post-sales support as needed. This role partners closely with the field Outside Sales team to identify high value opportunities and assist in closing sales, leveraging product offerings in the vendor direct, FDC and DFC network as our primary assortment. The Pro Product Sales Specialist will train and coach our Outside Sales Representatives on product specifics related to complex projects to capture additional share of wallet and visit job sites alongside the outside salesforce to engage with customers and meet their needs.
