Purpose:
his position reports to the PRO and Commercial Contract Manager. The PRO Pricing Analyst is responsible for studying and supporting the retail stores’ PRO pricing strategy. Their duties include maintaining and contributing to a pricing strategy set in collaboration with the Merchant teams, processing and documenting pricing requests from stores, and partnering with various teams to help close sales.
Minimum Eligibility Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent requiredMust have prior sales or analyst experienceAbility to listen actively and show empathy to customer’s concernsExcellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written)Ability to prioritize work efforts and has strong attention to detailMust be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc...)Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed customer expectationsDemonstrate and understand compliance of the company’s safety processesAct and work in a manner consistent with the company’s core valuesEssential Job Functions:
Assist stores with pricing decisions while maintaining profitability for the companyManage email and phone requests for pricing from store teamsTrack and report all pricing decisions to the designated leadership groupExecute the pricing strategy set by the Merchant teamPrepare complete and accurate work, including appropriately documenting in Salesforce as requiredFollow communication procedures, guidelines, and policiesCollaborate with management teams to stay updated on new pricing, services, and policiesMulti-tasking, prioritizing, and managing time effectivelyCommunicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvementsWorking Conditions (travel & environment)
This role is based in the Store Support Center in Atlanta, GALimited car/desk travel requiredPHYSICAL/SENSORY REQUIREMENTS
