A Senior Consultant works as a consulting team member or an individual consultant on project implementation, integration, enhancement or other projects assigned. Duties are usually performed at a customer site, but can include offsite work.  This person works under minimal supervision on mid to large-sized tasks and projects involving multiple products or platforms. 

What You Will Do:

Responsible for the on-site implementation of complex computerized maintenance management systems and related user training Development of assessment (as needed) Analyze customer business requirements and application objectives Provides support to lower-level consultants Leads or participates in periodic status checks with customers and team to assess progress against plan Develops or assists in developing and refining forecasts for project variables as necessary throughout the project Develops or assists in the development of a project plan incorporating all variables Ensures that appropriate resources, including customer resources are assigned to the tasks defined Serve as project lead consultant Prepare weekly status reports on specific objectives In the absence of a Principal Consultant, may serve as a liaison between company and the customer

What You Will Need:

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience  Experience with personal computers, SQL databases and LAN technology 5+ years experience in maintenance management Prior field consulting experience with computerized maintenance management systems

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Knowledge of all aspects of maintenance operations including material management and work flow Understanding of equipment assembly structure design, numbering schemes, failure hierarchy and analysis Excellent oral, written and presentation skills Ability to collaborate well with others Ability to organize and manage a project/set of tasks with a strong attention to detail Ability to analyze and solve problems in a changing general technology world & customer environment
