Job Description:
The Portfolio Management - Financial Planning & Analysis team performs analyses and financial reporting of Private Equity results and strategic business initiatives. The core focus of the group is to perform financial analysis, modeling, forecasting and reporting.
Responsibilities:
Leading and continually enhancing the P&L forecasting process, focusing on revenue & earnings projections and associated sensitivitiesConstruction and maintenance of fund models for financial and capital metrics reporting as well as NAV projectionsSupporting all aspects of fund launch including creating/defining reporting and forecasting processes for new productDriving the integration of technology into the forecasting process and liaising with other business unit FP&A teams and other Private Equity functions to ensure a coordinated approach Managing the preparation of presentations and memorandums for senior management including both monthly reporting packages and ad hoc materialsSupporting broader finance and investor relations teams during the quarterly earnings releases as well as on an ad hoc basis in dealing with clients and investorsLeading the review and forecasting of operating expenses and coordinating with the PE COO and various expense teams to maximize accuracy and visibility for stakeholders Performing special projects and ad-hoc business case analyses determined by the needs of Senior ManagementQualifications:

Expected annual base salary range:
$105,000 - $140,000Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
