Location: Rutherford, TN

 

Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Part-Time

 

Hours: 16-19 hours per week, 2 nights/week (varying nights)

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality nursing care to trach/vent patients in their homes.Monitor and assess patient conditions, administering treatments as necessary.Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.Educate patients and families on care procedures and healthy practices.Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

Valid LPN license in the state of Tennessee.Experience with trach/vent care preferred.Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work flexible nights as needed.

Responsibilities Perform selected nursing procedures within the scope of LPN practiceProvide patient and family teaching according to plan outlined by the RNMonitor patient's vital signs and make specific measurements and observationsMonitor and record intake and output.
