Job Description:
This job is responsible for expanding client relationships. Key responsibilities include working with clients who have smaller, less complex books to deepen the existing relationship. Job expectations include relying upon the broader client team for more complex conversations with the client. This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. Pursuant to the SAFE Act requirements, all employees engaged in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing. Since this position requires SAFE Act registration, employees are required to register and to submit to the required SAFE Act background check and registration process. Failure to obtain and/or maintain SAFE Act registration may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination.

Responsibilities:

Deepens existing client relationships by offering basic banking and credit products (i.e., personal credit lines, mortgages)Partners with team members to grow the existing books' balances and Year over Year revenueEncourages use and adoption of digital capabilities to enhance the client and client team experienceBuilds relationships with internal and external partners and centers of influenceBuilds and expands expertise to ensure clients receive high-quality advice and services aligned to their unique needsCollaborates with client team members and receives coaching and development from Private Client Managers

Required Qualifications:

* Series 7, 63 and 65 (or Series 7 and 66); unlicensed candidates may be considered if willing to obtain licenses within a standard time frame of 90 days per exam after the first working day in this position

* 7+ years of successful experience in managing relationships with high-net-worth clients or equivalent financial services/business experience

* Excellent ability to work in a team environment

* Strong interpersonal and influence / partnership skills

* Significant knowledge of banking and credit; general understanding of investments, trust and wealth transfer

Desired Qualifications:

* MBA or Post-Graduate Degree

* CFP, CPA, CFA, CTFA, CFM or JD a significant plus
