Successful candidates will undergo a 3-month's training program across all regions in South Africa. This immersive experience will prepare you to excel as a Private Advisor, serving our esteemed Private Banking Advisory Clients. Upon completion, you will join our business permanently, contributing to our talent pipeline pool.

Are you someone who can:

Deliver exceptional experience and education to Private Clients on basic wealth creation, accumulation.Increase vertical sales index (VSI) and drive client retention and entrenchment through using contextual Money Management principles. Understand and market all financial services solutions within the relevant business offering.Assist with profit growth for the business through ensuring effective management of the leads pipeline.Produce consistently high-quality outputs within agreed deadlines.

You will be an ideal candidate if you:

Minimum required essential experience - 18 months experience within a Sales/Service area in financial Services environment as a Banker.Minimum Qualification - Relevant NQF level 7 FSCA approved Degree.RE5 Regulatory Compliance Certificates with relevant COB (Class of Business) would be an advantage.Strong background in Banking / Investment / Financial Planning / Wealth Management
