Working to protect the privacy of more than 500 million Vodafone customers and employees, Vodafone Group Privacy team, a function under Vodafone Group Legal, oversees Vodafone’s global Privacy Programme and ensures its implementation within Vodafone Group
With these activities you will have a great impact on our business: Supporting our Privacy by Design and Assurance activities across a range of data processing activities, including conducting privacy impact assessments of wide ranging scope and purpose;Privacy demand management, triage and categorisation of requests in a timely manner and action the correct process to the highest of standards;Responding to Subject Access Requests and other such requests for Vodafone Group staff in a timely manner;Incident Management, in particular support with the initial investigation of privacy incidents and related activities;Supporting Supplier Compliance processes, records management and Quality Assurance, conducting re-assessments of high and medium risk personal data processing activities, supporting regular Policy Compliance Reviews, Group Privacy team with any other privacy activities as may be required from time to time. With these skills you are a great candidate: Experience in contracts, data protection clauses and good understanding of global privacy landscape in technology and online businesses;Knowledge of compliance management standards, tools, methodologies and best practices;Excellent organisation skills, able to handle multiple requests with differing priorities and stakeholders;Excellent command of English, and excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication.Experience of OneTrust and Jira would be advantageous.Must have technical / professional qualifications: 1-2+ years’ experience in privacy and or legal.Sounds like the perfect job?
