We are on the lookout for passionate, hard-working team players to join our high-energy production team at the Art Studio. As an Printing Associate, you’ll play a pivotal role in our fast-paced, high-variability art manufacturing process, contributing to the precision and quality that define Four Hands Art Studio.
Shift Time: 5pm to 11pm
In This Role\nOperate roll-to-roll and flatbed printers, dye sublimation presses, and cutting equipment with precision and care\nManage and distribute workload across multiple printers in alignment with the production schedule\nRead, analyze, and execute detailed job tickets to ensure accurate and timely production\nIdentify and troubleshoot technical issues with printers, media, and file setups\nHandle finished prints, transferring them to designated staging areas for further processing\nFocus on, understand, and repeat processes related to working with large format digital presses \nMaintain high-quality standards, ensuring every piece meets Four Hands’ high expectations\nMaintain a clean, organized workspace that supports a safe and efficient work environment\nCollaborate effectively within a team, while also demonstrating the ability to work independently when needed\nOther duties as assigned by Management \nUphold our Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands team: \nBe open and honest \nReach for excellence \nAct with responsibility \nValue the whole person \nEnjoy the journey\n\n\n
The Ideal Person\nPrevious digital printing experience required \nExperience with both roll-to-roll and flatbed printers preferred \nSelf-starter with the ability to set and meet goals throughout the day as well as adjust priorities based on unforeseen changes \nAbility to operate manual and electric material handling equipment, such as printing equipment and hand jacks \nStrong communicator with a professional demeanor\nContinuous walking, standing, stooping, bending, pushing, pulling, and reaching in a warehouse environment \nMust be willing and able to work overtime as needed and or required \n
