Tucson, AZ | 2nd Shift: 2 PM - 10:30 PM | $23.00 per hour
(Training on first shift for 30-60 days)

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a skilled Production Operator for Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Assembly & Coating in Tucson, AZ. As an integral part of our manufacturing process, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in printed circuit board assembly, coating, and testing.

Key Responsibilities

Perform PCB assembly, hand soldering, and coating operations.

Operate and maintain automated test equipment.

Conduct product inspections and repairs to meet quality standards.

Troubleshoot assembly issues and assist with machine setups and maintenance.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in soldering, painting, and PCB assembly.

Proficient in PCB coating, SMT processing, and soldering specifications.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to read technical documentation and follow detailed workflows.

Experience with in-circuit and functional test fixturing.

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications in PCB assembly or soldering.

Advanced knowledge of manufacturing systems and processes.

Pay Details: $23.00 per hour
