We’re constantly discovering new ways to reach our goals, taking time to develop our skills and investing in our career growth, so we can enjoy lucrative opportunities and grow our careers both within and beyond sales. + At the direction of your manager and Merchant team, develop sales opportunities supporting the Staples sales teams inclusive of Commercial and Public Sector verticals. + Assist Staples sales teams with Printer, Ink and Toner Solutions + Assist Staples sellers by recommending print solutions that drives the lowest total cost per page for ink and toner & encourages printer upgrades via improved printer efficiency, security, and capability. + Sales lead development and follow up – educate and guide Staples sellers. + Coordinate and participate in visits and events, such as periodic visits to sales team locations. + Participate in pipeline review in collaboration with top vendors and Staples Leadership + Coordinate with cross functional departments to ensure proper pricing, deviation, and product implementation. + Share expert point of view to help develop account plans and territory mapping to understand profile and actions to develop business. + Maintain a detailed level of communication with field Sales Teams **What you bring to the table:** + Good working knowledge of printer, ink, and toner market as well as key drivers to sales success + Ability to facilitate onsite or virtual sales calls with Staples sellers. + Ability to participate in events, vendor floor days, lunch and learns, planning sessions, etc., as required. + Excellent communication skills + Proven sales skills from previous work experience + Experience with Microsoft Tools **What’s needed-** Basic Qualifications: + 2-5 Years of Sales and Operational Experience with Ink and Toner + Salesforce experience required + Proficient using Microsoft Excel **What’s needed-** Preferred Qualifications: + Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience **We Offer:** + Inclusive culture with associate-led Business Resource Groups + Flexible PTO (22 days) and Holiday Schedule (7 observed paid holidays) + Online and Retail Discounts, Company Match 401(k), Physical and Mental Health Wellness programs, and more!
