Principle Microcircuit Process Engineer

**Job Summary:**
Microcircuit Process Engineer will work closely with R&D, Quality, and Operation teams to align on process improvements and resolve issues efficiently. Evaluate, optimize, and validate new process technologies to drive continuous improvement and efficiency.
**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ **Monitor and maintain process stability** by ensuring consistent alignment with standard operating procedures (SOP) for all microcircuit assembly processes (wire bonding, epoxy application, and thin-film component placement). Monitor and track process performance to ensure stability and consistency, proactively addressing any variations or deviations.
+ **Analyze and Improve Yield:** Continuously supervise yield metrics and resolve daily process challenges through comprehensive root cause analysis and implement effective solutions to optimize production efficiency and minimize defects.
+ **Driving Operational Efficiency:** Actively contribute to operational efforts aimed at achieving best-in-class performance in cost, quality, and delivery.
+ **Implement Process Control Measures:** Design and implement robust process control measures to ensure the optimal performance of microcircuit assembly processes.
+ **Train and Mentor Staff:** Provide training and guidance to team members on process best practices, ensuring consistency to quality standards and continuous skill development.
+ **Conduct Process Audits and Reviews:** Perform periodic audits of the assembly processes to find opportunities for improvements and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
+ **Support Product Development:** Collaborate with product development teams (R&D) to assess the manufacturability of new designs and suggest process adjustments as needed for production.
+ **Document and Report Process Changes:** Maintain clear documentation of all process changes, optimizations, and improvements to ensure traceability and compliance with internal and external standards.
+ **Align with Health, Safety, and Environmental Standards:** Ensure that all assembly processes align with health, safety, and environmental regulations, promoting a safe and balanced working environment.

+ **Design of Experiments (DOE)** : Expert in designing experiments to optimize process parameters.
+ **Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA)** : Expertise in the RCCA process to systematically identify and resolve underlying issues affecting production quality.
+ **Microcircuit Fabrication Knowledge** : In-depth understanding of microcircuit fabrication and assembly processes to drive improvements and fix effectively.
+ **Advanced Process Control & Yield Enhancement** : Proficient in implementing advanced process control techniques to improve product yield and reduce variations.
+ **Project Leadership & Team Management** : Experienced in leading cross-functional teams, managing complex projects, and driving successful outcomes in fast-paced environments.
+ **Automation & Robotics in Assembly** : Expertise in the integration of automation and robotics into microcircuit assembly to improve productivity and reduce manual errors.
+ **Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)** : Proficient in conducting (Design and Process) FMEA to identify potential failure modes and mitigate risks early in the process.
**Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:**
+ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or related field
+ More than 8 years of experience in microcircuit assembly process
+ **Continuous Improvement (CI)** : Consistent track record in driving continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on process enhancements and sustainable practices.
+ **Design for Manufacturability (DFM)** : Expertise in collaborating with design teams to optimize product designs for efficient and cost-effective manufacturing.
