Job responsibilities: BE/BTECH/ME/MTECH Or Equivalent Degree Job Description *Develop ATE test solutions(Loadboards, Probecards, test programs) *Interface with Design, DFT and Product engineering teams *Highly versatile in ATE platforms for mixed signal and digital products *Expertise in convert vectors from design to tester formats using specialized tools *Check test programs for R&R, correlation actives and program release *Plan and execute test time reduction activities and create programs for characterization and Qualifications. The ideal candidate must have proven ability to achieve results in a dynamic environment. Self-motivated and self-directed, must have demonstrated ability to work well with people. A proven desire to work as a team member, both on the same team and outside of the team. · Ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex problems. · Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. · Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in EEE/ECE/E&I or equivalent with Five+ years of hands on ATE Testing experienceExperience developing Production / Characterization/Qualification Test Programs from scratch. · Working knowledge and Hands on experience on Advantest 93k Tester platform / Teradyne IGXL Tester platformTest data analysis and exposure to STIL, STDF file formats is necessary.Experienced in test time reduction, yield enhancement for several products is a plusPriori exposure to working with bench instruments like DMM, Oscilloscope etc for debug. Knowledge of OOP based programming, PERL scripting and data analysis tools like Galaxy, JMP,SAS etc is helpfulHTOL methodology and Assembly process exposure will help in performing day to day activities We’re doing work that matters.
