Job Summary Job Responsibilities• Perform audits on Procurement/Subcontract files >$250K in support of a government prime contract.
• Perform a monthly trend analysis based on audit finding and present to Supply Chain leadership.
• Provide guidance to Supply Chain professionals, as well as internal stakeholders, regarding DRS NIS processes, procedures, forms, etc.
• Develop and conduct supplemental training Supply Chain professionals and technical representatives.
• Maintain configuration control of Supply Chain policies and procedures.
• Supports various audits, such as CPSR, MMAS, Estimating System, Small Business as required.
• Responds to Corporate/Business Unit inquiries as it relates to Supply Chain Compliance
• Look for creative ways to improve purchasing ability to make contributions to the company’s goals.
• Improve understanding of purchasing relationship to the over-all company plans and strategy.
• Support, communicate and defend the mission, values and culture of the company.
• Utilize Power Pivot, Power Query and Power BI to transform DataMart raw data into manageable information.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, engineering or equivalent experience
• A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in high technology, aerospace or defense or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of supply chain management tools and procedures
• Strong working knowledge of FAR/DFARs/NFS and Public Law
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize to manage competing priorities
Preferred:
• Direct CPSR experience
• Familiarity with Small Business Subcontracting Program
