The foundation of a connected world, it’s a network free of the limitations of the past, and flexible enough to satisfy all the social, economic and transformative needs of the changing world. **Job Duties and Responsibilities** **Key Responsibilities:** + Participating in standard and/or industry group meetings including 3GPP SA1/SA2, GSMA, ETIS, and ATIS but not limited to worldwide + Reporting industry-standard progress and supporting internal system engineers on standards issues + Write standards contributions to justify company interests + Coordinate internal alignment for 3GPP, other Standards Bodies (SDO) specification **Skills, Experience and Requirements** **Education and Experience:** + MS or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience + 10+ years of telecommunication standardization and/or systems engineering experience + Experience with 3GPP NTN architecture, mobility, and TN/NTN convergence + Experience with GSMA, ATIS, ETSI Working Groups (WG) and Standards, virtualized RAN, virtualized packet core **Skills and Qualifications:** + In-depth knowledge in 3GPP 4/5 Core Architecture, Reference Points/Interfaces, All OAM aspects, Cloud Architecture, Automation + Good knowledge of CBRS and associated standards + Strong analytical skills and ability to acquire new knowledge + Self-motivation and handling standard/system engineering projects on your own. + Coordinate internal alignment for 3GPP and other standards bodies and SDOs + Experience with vendor management in standards alignment + Familiar with Standards Organization (SDO) processes and procedures + Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English **Salary Ranges** Compensation: $127,050.00/Year - $181,500.00/Year **Benefits** We offer versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and a flexible time away plan; all benefits can be viewed here: DISH Benefits .
