Role Purpose/Business Unit:

 

The Architecture & Analysis practice lead with be responsible for setting the standards, guidelines, and principles for both the practices of architecture and analysis within the Customer Value Management & Artificial Intelligence division. The practice lead will ensure that the practice members are aware of the Vodafone / Vodacom company standards, practices, tools, and training related to this discipline.
 

Your responsibilities will include:

 

Establish the architecture and analysis practice.Set/adopt standards, guidelines, tooling and principles for the practices of architecture and analysis as provided by the companyDefine learning and development objectives for the architecture and analysis practiceEstablish practice engagement sessionsEstablish engagement session with business stakeholdersEngagement with broader architecture practices (e.g. Enterprise Architecture)
 The Ideal Candidate for this role will have:

 

Must have technical / professional qualifications: 

Matric/Grade 12 qualification (essential).3-year degree or diploma in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or relevant field.8 -12 years of analysis and design experience in disciplines such as software development, IT solution delivery, Enterprise type applications in a highly complex environment (essential).Agile exposure, Kanban/Scrum, SAFE (essential).1-2 year relevant courses/certificate
