This position will support a critical International AESA Radar Production Program that is the foundation for future growth on the APG-82 platform.

What You Will Do

Earned Value reporting, Baseline Planning and Development, Estimates at Completion (EACs), risk and opportunity development, financial forecasting, Short Range Outlook (SRO), Annual Operation Plan (AOP) and Long Range Strategic PlanningSupport various customer and senior management level meetingsEngage in proposal development within the Production programs including review of Basis of Estimates (BOEs), chart preparation, cost volume development, manpower planning and contract negotiation preparationSupport continued process improvement, reporting efficiencies and product qualityMeet critical deadlines while managing multiple conflicting prioritiesAnalyze and understand data quickly in order to make informed business decisionsExhibit financial independence, possess high business acumen and exhibit robust analysis within the AESA Production programs portfolioInterpret and ensure implementation of Raytheon Financial Policies and ProceduresTactical thinking and building positive relationships with our internal and external customers

Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years experienceExperience with Earned value analysis (SPI/CPI/TCPI/IEAC/VAR)Experience in interfacing and conducting business with various functional disciplines (Contracts, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, etc.) in program development and executionExperience with MS Office products (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer

Experience with externally reported EVM programs (IPMR/IPMDAR, CFSR, DFARS clauses, DID formats, etc.)Experience in communicating financial concepts, trends, and variances to managementProactive, creative, and innovative in solving problems and issuesAbility to plan and manage daily tasks, meet deadlines, analyze, provide results, and recommend solutions to various levels of managementStrong communication skills (written and oral)Strong analytical abilitiesUnderstanding and application of finance principles, concepts, and standard knowledge of industry practicesExperience with modeling, creating formulas, and complex data mining using MS Office ExcelExperience with SAP APEX and BWExperience interfacing with customers external to RaytheonShows initiative by seeking ways to improve processes and data analysisAbility to work under minimal supervision. Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 85,000 USD - 179,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
