The **M365 Security Protect Team** is dedicated to securing the world's most extensive productivity applications, including Office, Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams (M365). We are looking for a passionate **Principal Software Engineering Manager** to join our M365 Security Protect engineering team. In this role, you will develop and maintain world-class, scalable, and reliable cloud services that are built to continually enhance and support the security posture of M365, while also creating innovative solutions to help our products meet security requirements seamlessly. You'll also be able to leverage AI and build Copilot technologies to stay ahead of attackers, enhancing our ability to innovate and protect. You will be responsible for leading, growing and mentoring a team of creative and passionate software engineers building high quality security cloud services in Azure. Software Engineering M5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $137,600 - $267,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $180,400 - $294,000 per year.
