Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond._ **Responsibilities** + Develop and execute strategies to unlock and leverage data assets across the organization while meeting the highest privacy and compliance bar. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to influence product design with a focus on privacy, security, and AI integration. + Utilize technical expertise, to understand implications of privacy requirements on technical design. + Partner effectively with legal team and privacy reviewers to align on regulatory and compliance requirements. + Expedite privacy and security reviews to ensure timely execution without compromising quality or standards. **Qualifications** **Required/Minimum Qualifications:** + Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development + OR equivalent experience. + 6+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. + 3+ years of experience working with privacy, security, and AI technologies or similar. + 3+ years of experience working within the regulatory and privacy domains, with experience collaborating with legal and compliance teams. **Other Requirements:** Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: + This position will be required to pass the Microsoft background and Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter. **Additional or Preferred Qualifications:** + Bachelor's Degree AND 12+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development + OR equivalent experience. + 10+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. + 1+ year(s) experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos). Technical Program Management IC6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $161,600 - $286,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $209,600 - $314,400 per year.
