Amazon Talent Acquisition (TA) provides recruiting support globally for Amazon Web Services (AWS); Advertising, IMDb, Grand Challenge (AIGC); Devices & Services (D&S); Artificial General Intelligence (AGI); and Amazon Entertainment (AE) business lines, collectively known as AADA TA for the Amazon family of businesses globally.

We are looking for a Principal Program Manager to join our team in supporting the office of the VP, developing and executing recruiting strategies across the portfolio of businesses. The ideal candidate for this role will thrive in a fast paced, highly collaborative environment where teamwork and innovation are the keys to success. You will work and influence internal and external stakeholders, manage cross functional programs, and be able to help prioritize amidst ambitious goals and timelines.

Key job responsibilities
The Principal PM owns critical projects that impact the global organization and ensuring strategic initiatives are driven to completion. In this role, the Principal PM will partner with the TA leadership team and a wide array of Amazon stakeholders to program manage initiatives, manage stakeholder communications, and deliver results. You will be expected to influence and drive decisions, and work with other senior leaders across the broader Amazon PXT organizations.

A day in the life
You will work closely with program managers on the team, as well as recruiting leaders, recruiters, and hiring leaders in the AADA TA business to design new processes, transform existing workflows, and experiment with ways to best engage millions of candidates every year. You'll be a trusted resource for AWS TA delivery teams and the business, and will lead a team of innovative program managers to extend impact across the org. You'll be empowered to think big and exercise bold ownership over your solutions.
