Principal Product Manager
**Job Description:**
Lead the execution of marketing activities and contribute to the development of a fully integrated global marketing strategy for their product line(s), establishing successful relationships and working effectively with physicians, healthcare professionals, global sales and distribution teams, and internal cross-functional stakeholders. Execute short and long-term marketing strategies and tactics for existing and new products. Lead launch of new products and programs to the physician community and the Global Field Sales and Distribution teams. Serve as marketing lead on cross-functional product development team(s). Lead and contribute to projects with strategic and tactical execution to drive competitive advantage and maximize sales and profit opportunities. Job duties:
+ Possess advanced technical, competitive, clinical and environmental expertise in all aspects of assigned products and therapeutic areas.
+ Maintain deep understanding of market trends, the company's products competitive advantage, new or disruptive technologies, and competitive products and strategies.
+ Develop and implement strategic and tactical marketing plans, demand forecast and strategy for assigned products, new products, line extensions and programs.
+ Maintain a deep level of understanding of the broader product portfolio of the company and business outside of direct area of responsibility / assigned products.
+ Lead development of sales tools, education programs and marketing materials for global field teams to increase market share and address competition in their respective areas.
+ Contribute to development of marketing strategy for product development pipeline, develop marketing requirements for new products, and guides R&D team on new product development programs.
+ Lead tactical execution and contribute to the development of educational programs for customers and global field teams.
+ Build strong partnerships and work closely with Sales, Clinical Research and Training teams to execute podium and publication strategy with key opinion leaders.
+ Provide mentorship and guidance to Product Specialists, Associate Product Managers, Product Managers, and Sr. Product Managers as appropriate.
+ Evaluate new areas of investment for the Company as appropriate.
+ Travel to customer sites/labs to observe and support clinical cases, and simulator activities and visit physicians.
+ Comply with applicable Laws and Regulations, adhere to Quality Management Systems processes and requirements as well as demonstrate Ethics and Integrity in all matters and at all levels throughout the organization.
+ Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

**Qualifications:**
1. Bachelor’s Degree.
2. Minimum ten (10) years of work experience with medical device marketing strategy and execution.
3. Interventional medical device marketing experience in domestic and international markets.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
5. Excellent computer skills and working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, iPad applications, and customer databases.
**Desired Qualifications**
1. MBA preferred.
2. Neurovascular industry experience.
3. Medical device or pharmaceutical sales experience a plus.
4. Strong analytical capability.
5. Skill to successfully motivate and influence others to achieve goals.
6. Capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively and consistently meet deadlines.
7. Capable of articulating market needs and providing leadership to multi-functional teams.
8. Ability to cultivate strong customer relationships and effectively interface with global customers, sales team, worldwide distributor partners and cross-functional team members.
9. Track record of effective and consistent communication with global customers, sales team, worldwide distributor partners and cross-functional team members.
