Principal Product Manager – Data Integration /Data Ingestion and Replication

The Informatica Data Integration/Data Ingestion and Replication Product Management team builds leading  data integration , ingestion and replication solutions for heterogenous systems, enterprise applications, cloud and SaaS applications and multiple that empower customers to access timely, relevant and trustworthy data and use that for multiple data integration, analytics and operational use cases.  Companies rely on Informatica to migrate, integrate, ingest, replicate  and manage their data with various and disparate data source and target systems.  Join a fast growing and dynamic team that is building innovative new solutions in the world of Cloud First Cloud Native and GEN AI.

 

Technology You'll Use Product Management

 

Designs develops, and manages activities for a specific product or group of products from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life. Serves as the central resource with design, process, manufacturing, test, quality, and marketing as the product(s) move to production and distribution. Involvement lasts throughout all stages of a product’s lifecycle including modifications, upgrades, and maintenance of the product or product line.

 

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do

Determines customers' requirements, opportunities, and go-to-market initiatives Based on broad experience, recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements; and appraising new product ideas and/or product changes.  Create materials (e.g. product vision demos and prototypes), participate in customer engagements, and establish product-wide concepts, brand narratives, and experience value propositions Set the long-term vision and strategy for overall products and communicate this strategy to relevant participants and stakeholders

What We'd Like to See

Holds expert-level experience and uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways. Excellent knowledge and experiences with SaaS applications, Cloud data warehouse, Data integration methodologies Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Exercises judgment in methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Leverages business acumen and subject matter expertise. Thorough understanding of Informatica's business priorities, strategy, and direction. Works across the organization and maintains/builds strong working relationships based on experiences/past interactions. Strong interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of building strong relationships with customers, prospects, analysts, and internal teams Proven experience in competitive analysis, market analysis and trends

Role Essentials

BA/BS or equivalent educational background is preferred.   Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
