Wood is currently looking for an experienced Principal Piping Engineer to lead the design and implementation of piping systems for our projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in piping design, engineering calculations, and project management within the oil and gas industry.

Responsible for ensuring products, equipment, materials, etc. are designed and developed to the highest standard.  Defines and establishes design constraints.  Conceives and plans engineering development and feasibility studies.  Collaborates with management to define technical needs.  Conceives programs, sets goals and identifies problems to be investigated  Continuous promotion of and, adherence to the discipline specific procedures and providing feedback for continuous improvement.  Support the development and delivery of the technical assurance framework.  Participate in or lead incident investigations as required
