We are searching for the best talent for PRINCIPAL MAINTENANCE SCHEDULING TECHNICIAN to be in Juarez in plant Salvarcar.
JOB SUMMARY
He is responsible for the planning and scheduling of maintenance to the production teams and / or building. Participates in meetings with operations, manufacturing, and maintenance to anticipate and eliminate potential delays to the maintenance program by ensuring that resources needed to complete work such as parts, tools, and/or permits are available.
If CSS Position: This position will have responsibilities across the companies ETHICON and Cardiovascular and Specialty Solution (CSS) Johnson and Johnson Family of Companies) including a range of multiple product platforms such as General Surgical Devices, Sutures, ENT, Infection Prevention, Electrophysiology and Surgical and Non-Surgical Aesthetics
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Under limited supervision and in accordance with all federal, state and local laws/regulations and procedures and guidelines of the Johnson & Johnson Corporation, this position:
+ Perform the registrations or cancellations of the equipment in the preventive maintenance system through the required documentation.
+ Activation of the preventive maintenance program for new equipment or equipment transferred from other plants.
+ Make changes to the information of production equipment and building using the required documentation.
+ Develop a weekly schedule that includes preventive (PM), corrective (CM) and event (EV) maintenance.
+ It ensures that all resources needed to complete the scheduled work, such as spare parts, tools and/or permissions are available.
+ Participates in meetings with Operations, Engineering and Maintenance to schedule maintenance activities during line shutdown opportunities.
+ Follow-up of Maintenance Work Orders, initiate mitigation or recovery activities in case of finding any order (Preventive or corrective) delayed.
+ Responsible for organizing and distributing work orders through the Maximum CMMS system or manually when required.
+ Responsible for preparing and maintaining a file of the equipment, with information regarding repairs and available to improve future repairs.
+ Generate weekly metrics to report: Percentage ratio between PMs, CMs and Emergencies, Cost of parts and time used in the execution of maintenance, percentage of use of technicians, MTB, MTTR and others defined in the maintenance procedure.
+ Coordination with the personnel of the parts warehouse to ensure the availability of the required spare parts, (including the Kits).
+ It ensures that all work orders are completed and closed and all the information of the same is stored in the CMMS or MAXIMO.
+ It reports the non-conformities found in the maintenance process and archives the information provided by the technicians, related to the documentation of the response to the non-conformities found.
+ Responsible for archiving work orders, data sheets and maintenance reports performed by external personnel.
+ Complies with company regulations whether local, state and federal, as well as quality, health and environmental procedures and policies and policies.
+ Responsible for the management and administration of the CMMS MAXIMO maintenance system for Ciudad Juárez in relation to maintenance planning tasks.
+ Support in the resolution of problems related to the execution of the process of work orders for maintenance within the CMMS or MAXIMO system or other types of mobile devices.
+ Support in the resolution of problems related to malfunction of the Hand Helds or the CMMS or Maximum system.
+ Support for changing assignment or resetting user or passwords for Hand Helds or Maximum.
+ Responsible for communicating business-related issues or opportunities to the next administrative level
+ Responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all the Company's guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environment practices and that all the necessary resources to do so are available and in good condition.
+ Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies and procedures.
+ Perform other assigned tasks as needed.
+ He/she is responsible for the planning and programming of maintenance of production equipment and/or building.
+ Participates in meetings with operations, manufacturing and maintenance to anticipate and eliminate possible delays in the maintenance program.
+ Ensures that all the necessary resources to complete maintenance tasks are available.
+ Responsible of entering records, dismissals, and changes to the equipment.
+ Responsible for the correct disposal of equipment documentation.
+ Receives and approves criticality analysis and FMECA, fail codes.
+ Evaluates contents of maintenance routines and suggest changes to improve them.
+ Standardizes similar equipment routines through the site.
+ Proposes and implements saving projects for frequency reduction of PM.
+ Works proactively with the Manufacturing Engineers in the accomplishment of FRACA.
+ Directs the commissioning / decommissioning processes of equipment.
+ Generates macros in the systems to evaluate the integrity and reliability of the information.
+ Participates proactively in audits.
+ Generates reports and analyzes the different functions.
**Qualifications**
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
+ Completed technical career or truncated Engineering career.
+ More than 8 to 10+ years of experience in Maintenance administration or maintenance technician. Knowledge of CMMS preferably. Establishment of PM routines. Knowledge of equipment reliability and failure analysis. Report analysis. Experience in ME2 continuous improvement programs.
