Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal Industrial Security Analyst to join our team in in Huntsville, AL.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develops and administers security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment. Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company operations

Obtains rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies

Prepares manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors access to restricted records and materials

Conducts security education classes and security audits. Investigates security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken

Basic Qualifications:

Must have a high school diploma or GED with at least 9 years of related experience; OR 5 plus years of experience with a bachelor's degree; OR 3 plus year of relevant experience with a Master's degree

Must have an Active U.S. Government secret clearance and able to obtain a Top Secret clearance

Working knowledge of the NISPOM and DoD SAP Manuals

Preferred Qualifications:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Demonstrate a positive working relationship with internal and external customers

Working knowledge of Corporate and Govt. systems: NISS & SIMS

Experience supporting manufacturing facility

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Strong working knowledge of basic office automation tools such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Must have an active Top Secret Security Clearance

Must have OPSEC Level II certification, Security+ certification

Familiarity with Agile Systems Engineering processes

Salary Range: $84,600.00 - $127,000.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
