In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Be the go-to HR expert for talented employees, while making a global mark by chipping in to transformative HR projects. Collaborate closely with leaders to deliver data-driven insights across the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to career development. Act as a trusted coach and partner, empowering managers with actionable HR guidance that drives results. Champion employee engagement and organizational excellence, ensuring our culture stays at the heart of everything we do.Who You Are:
You have a track record of exceeding goals successfully. You understand internal and external stakeholder requirements, expectations, and needs. You build constructive relationships with people both similar and different to self.
For This Role, You Will Need: A HR or related field bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred. 5-8 years of HR work experience and extensive experience in full-spectrum HR knowledges especially talent management, employee relation, learning and development, culture and connection, etc. Strong business and HR savvy, including problem solving, critical thinking, self-initiative, key partner influencing. Great interpersonal skill, good communication and listening skills, and a standout colleague attitude. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and link big pictures with facts and details. Shown effective execution capability. Keen sense of priorities, optimistic, motivate for high performance and excellence. Be resilient and good at dealing with ambiguity.
