As a Principal - Enterprise Applications, you will be an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Location for this position is Plano, TX. This position may require 100% travel and or relocation anywhere in USA.

Qualifications
Basic
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 11 years of experience in Information Technologies.
Preferred:
• At least 11 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise and solutions architecture and architectural frameworks
• At least 7-8 years of experience in IBM-ODM (Operational Decision Manager)
• Hands on experience in implementing BRMS system using IBM ODM 8.x, iLog/JRules
• Experience in Rules Harvesting, rules design and rules governance
• Exposure to architecting and setting up a BRMS system using IBM-ODM
• Exposure to IBM-BPM and working in a BPM+BRMS based environments will be advantageous
• Exposure to migration or business rules from legacy and other BRMS systems to IBM ODM.
• Experience in Agile Development processes
• At least 5-6 years of experience in project execution
• Experience in defining new architectures and ability to drive an independent project from an architectural stand point
• Analytical skills
• At least 5-6 years of experience in thought leadership, white papers and leadership/mentoring of staff and internal consulting teams
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
The job entails an extensive amount of travel. The job also entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
