The Oracle Health Design and Human Factors (HF) Research teams are embarking on a brand-new mission to completely reimagine the experience of our healthcare applications, from core EHR to the patient experience and everything in between. As a Data Scientist within the HF team, you will have the unique opportunity of identifying and solving complex healthcare problems across the entire continuum of care.
You will help establish a Data Science group that applies scientific rigor to understand what our customers and end users are doing in our products, leveraging empirical research methods to extract meaningful patterns from large data sets, visualizing that information in truly cutting-edge ways that is furthering a whole new level of empathy, and scaling our approaches to the daunting breadth of Oracle Health experiences. This Data Science group is embedded within the larger HF Research team, and will partner closely with the qualitative researchers, enabling an integrated viewpoint of both scale and in-depth understanding of customer behaviors. The outcomes from both qualitative and quantitative research will be used to inform product strategy and design, and validate the quality, safety, and usefulness of our products. In short, we are starting a mini revolution of being data and customer obsessed and looking for someone who is excited to join us!
