Principle, Customer Success Manager, CN2EM
The mission of Amazon Global Selling (AGS) is to enable vast global selection on Amazon's worldwide stores through recruiting and supporting quality, compliant sellers from around the world.
Today, CN Global Selling (CNGS) supports millions of Chinese sellers in their success across up to 18+ Amazon worldwide marketplaces, including US, CA, EU, JP, AU, MENA, LATAM, IN, etc.
This role will focuses on developing seller strategies to drive emerging marketplace growth through scalable management mechanisms. Include creating seller segmentation frameworks based on performance, potential, and business models, collaborating with recruiting and management teams to build business development roadmaps, managing seller acquisition, retention, and lifecycle strategies . He/She will also overseeing top seller parity across emerging marketplaces, leading Joint Business Planning with top sellers and driving top to top engagement projects.
This role requires balancing strategic thinking with operational excellence in project management, data analysis, and business intelligence, along with strong cross-functional leadership and influence on stakeholders.

Key job responsibilities
Your responsibilities include but not limited to:
1.Develop Comprehensive Seller Strategies
-Design sophisticated segmentation frameworks that effectively categorize/tier sellers based on their performance, potential, and business characteristics
2. Seller Lifecycle Management
-Develop targeted approaches for seller acquisition, retention, and growth, ensuring each strategy aligns with the platform's overall business objectives
-Lead innovation in seller programs: design and implement various initiatives to support seller growth and engagement, including educational programs, incentive schemes, and seller support mechanisms
-Manage top seller engagement: work with top sellers/brands to conduct top-to-top meetings, such as Joint Business Planning (JBP)
3.Partner with Multiple Functions
-Collaborate with Seller Recruiting, Account Management, PMO, Central Operations, Marketing, Finance, Compliance, and Seller Support teams within Amazon China and worldwide
-Facilitate global teams on business goal alignment, resource planning, product feature improvement, and operational practices
4.Market Understanding
-Understand marketplace landscape and industry trends
-Continuously identify unique opportunities
5.Business Planning and Documentation
-Lead business planning and reviews with stakeholders
-Summarize and document best practices to share with worldwide OOC2EM teams
