Job Title: Principal Cost / Data Analyst

Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Cost/Data

Analyst to lead and mentor less senior analysts in the performance of

task orders. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of

experience in cost analysis, cost estimating, or data analytics.

Advanced degrees or certifications in relevant fields can be substituted

for a combined total of 1 year of experience.



Key Responsibilities:



- Guide and mentor less senior analysts in the execution of task

orders.



- Develop and implement cost estimation models and methodologies.



- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and

insights.



- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project planning

and decision-making.



- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.



- Conduct training sessions and workshops to share expertise with team

members.



- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and advancements

in cost analysis and data analytics.



Required Qualifications:



- Minimum of 15 years of experience in cost analysis, cost estimating,

or data analytics.



- Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., Masters in Cost Estimating

and Analysis, Masters in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or

other related fields, International Cost Estimating and Analysis

Association Certification) can be substituted for a combined total

of 1 year of experience.



- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.



- Excellent communication and presentation skills.



- Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., Excel, SQL,

statistical software).



- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.



- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
