Principal Civil Engineer | Land - ( 250000UF ) **Description** We have a career opportunity for a Principal Civil Engineer in our Community Development business team in Perth. We are seeking a Principal Civil Engineer with demonstrated Western Australian design and project management experience, who can further the technical and leadership capabilities of the team. **About the role** Stantec’s community development team are responsible for the delivery of a variety of projects across numerous disciplines and sectors of all sizes including but not limited to greenfield master planned communities, mixed-use developments, parks, recreation facilities, and streetscapes. This role includes project design and delivery across a range of projects and sectors. Projects range from early concept design and master planning through to detailed design and construction documentation. The role will require independent project delivery, client liaison and ability to win work. The role will suit will someone who has good technical design background, strong consulting engineering and project delivery skills over a range of areas and clear knowledge of applicable standards and processes.
