The key focus of this Business Development role will be to leverage your knowledge and network of customers, the industry, industry processes and competition to identify and pursue expansion opportunities in the LNG & Midstream vertical market. In this market we focus on LNG, LNG Carriers, Pipelines, and Terminals primarily. You will support the development of new strategies to gain customers, identify ways to penetrate new markets, and engage in capital projects very early in the CAPEX cycle. You will influence and partner with other strategy and business leaders, marketing, sales, product development to define and execute a customer acquisition process. You will build strategic relationships, industry networks, and identify potential strategic alliances with OEM’s, licensors, and new engineering/technology customers. This role will create relationships and alliances then eventually include a sales/BD team to pursue projects associated with the space. Key focus areas for this role will be to partner with other groups in Honeywell including our own LNG liquefaction technology team and gas pre-treatment team to drive automation selection along with the Honeywell delivered process technology. The role will also be goaled to expand this approach to other licensors as well as expanding channels to market for industries like pipelines and terminals.
