Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location.  The anticipated wage for this position is

Job Description:

The Principal Associate - HSE Environmental will provide technical support on all Environmental aspects (i.e. water, air & waste) at the Indy Device Assembly and Packaging (IDAP) site.  This will include all local and regulatory compliance monitoring and monitoring for site and corporate Environmental goals.  He/she will provide metrics to the site and corporate function as required.  He/she will work closely with Indy Environmental Services to ensure compliance to all LTC (Lilly Technology Center) programs and permits.  The HSE Environmental will be the aspect owner for several IDAP Environmental aspects and lead focus teams as required.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Health and Safety, Engineering, or other relevant field5+ years of HSE experience with an emphasis on applicable environmental experience
