IMPACT:
As the Principal Architecture and Performance Specialist - OEG, your primary responsibility is to act as a trusted advisor, leveraging your deep understanding of Anaplan architecture and performance to guide customers and partners toward optimal solutions. Your focus will be on ensuring customer success, promoting best practices, and building strong competencies across the Anaplan ecosystem.
Promote adoption by developing methodologies, best practices, blogs, demos, webinars, training, and enablement on Anaplan Author and share best practices on a continual basis Provide architecture and performance advice for customers, partners and internal Anaplan teams Troubleshoot Anaplan models with a focus on knowledge sharing and empowerment Design an Anaplan solution while considering the wider technology solution and ecosystem a customer may have Collaborate with product management to provide strategic guidance on future direction, notably on Anaplan Applications Provide pre-sales support as needed with a focus on both the customer outcome and the enablement of the solution consultants Be proactive in learning innovative technologies for both internal and external applications Maintain knowledge of adjunct technologies that support the Anaplan ecosystem Manage numerous engagements simultaneously Take complex issues and break them down into simple, manageable steps and milestones Support enablement of the broader talent ecosystem by establishing strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teamsYOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
4+ years of hands-on Anaplan experience Deep understanding of Anaplan architecture and established best practices Expertise with performance tuning, scalability, and optimization of Anaplan models Experience in diagnosing and resolving performance bottlenecks in Anaplan implementations Strong client-facing skills and a successful history of engagement management Superb written and oral communication skills including public speaking experience Excellent problem solving and analytical skillsOur Commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging
