Job Description

As a Technology Strategy Principal, you will actively participate in the growth and development of the newly formed Technology Strategy & Advisory practice at Publicis Sapient. Your role will focus on shaping goal-oriented Digital Business Transformations for our clients and delivering strategic advice in the early stages of these transformations. You will work in multidisciplinary teams comprised of business strategists, experience strategists, and data strategists to formulate recommendations that address customer needs and frame downstream work.

Lead large teams to deliver value-accretive technology strategy and transformationActively participate in the entrepreneurial construction of the technology strategy consulting team: support recruiting process, define ways of working, contribute thought leadershipDevise technology strategy related product offerings, proposals and develop new businessEffectively manage team to produce quality client recommendationsBuild trusted relationship with clients based on credibility and active listeningProvide thought leadership to shape and scope top-down “answer” on building digital business transformation road maps

QualificationsOver 8 years of Strategy and/or Technology Consulting experience within a global major consulting firmPrior experience with large-scale transformations within corporate strategy at a global scale and reachExperience with product mindset and Agile ways of workingThorough understanding of the key components of consumer-focused technology including interactive, marketing, commerce, loyalty, personalization, transactional, integration/API, cloud, and dataAbility to interpret and create typical technology artifacts, business context diagrams, system architecture diagrams, data flow diagrams, data dictionaries, database structure diagramsAbility to navigate a large organization and have the power of persuasion through content and confidenceExperience with IT transformation including modern operating models and organization structuresDesign and facilitate effective client workshops to accelerate current state understanding, identify opportunities, and build consensus across a broad set of business and IT stakeholders

Additional Information

Pay Range: $150,000 - $230,000

The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.
