Principal, Strategy & Transformation

Reports To: VP, Technology Strategy & Transformation

Position Overview

Parsons Corporation is seeking a dynamic and strategic Principal, Strategy & Transformation to lead and drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, including financial, procurement, and contract lifecycle management optimizations. This role will be instrumental in shaping and executing the company's strategic vision for Deltek Costpoint financial transformation, Ariba procurement optimization, and ICERTIS contract management integration.

The Principal, Strategy & Transformation will partner closely with executive leadership, finance, IT, and operations teams to ensure seamless transformation, process efficiency, and technology enablement. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of strategic vision, operational excellence, and hands-on execution to deliver business value through process innovation and system modernization.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Transformation Execution

- Lead the Deltek Costpoint financial transformation, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and finance best practices.

- Oversee the Ariba transformation, driving procurement and supply chain efficiency.

- Lead the ICERTIS integration with Deltek Costpoint, streamlining contract lifecycle management.

- Define transformation roadmaps, implementation strategies, and success metrics to measure impact.

- Ensure integration of financial, procurement, and contract systems with enterprise-wide workflows.

Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management

- Collaborate with executive leadership, finance, IT, procurement, and operations to drive alignment on transformation initiatives.

- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Lead change management efforts, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies.

- Communicate transformation milestones, risks, and progress to key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Process Optimization & Technology Enablement

- Identify inefficiencies and recommend process reengineering solutions to maximize efficiency.

- Ensure integration and interoperability between Deltek Costpoint, Ariba, and ICERTIS.

- Work closely with IT and functional leaders to drive system enhancements and automation.

- Oversee data governance, reporting, and analytics to enable data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience

- 10+ years of experience in business transformation, strategy consulting, finance operations, or technology implementation.

- Deep expertise in ERP, procurement, and contract management transformations, specifically with Deltek Costpoint, Ariba, and ICERTIS.

- Strong understanding of finance, procurement, and contract management workflows in complex organizations.

- Proven ability to lead large-scale transformation projects with cross-functional stakeholders.

- Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience driving change management and user adoption across global teams.

- Excellent communication, executive presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- PMP, Six Sigma, or Agile certifications are a plus.

Salary Range: 

$126,600.00 - $227,900.00
