Minimum qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, similar technical field of study, or equivalent practical experience.
+ 15 years of professional experience as a Data Science or Engineering leader.
Preferred qualifications:
+ Ability to initiate and lead successful improvement initiatives across organizations.
+ Innovative problem-solving skills, ability to turn ambiguity into clear solutions, and comfortable with new technology and out-of-the-box thinking.
+ Excellent communication skills and ability to inspire commitment and drive success within teams and peers.
As the Principal Data Scientist for the Cloud AI team, you will act as a product leader, and drive decisions about what we build and how we build it in this nascent, ambiguous space. You will operate with a broad mandate across data analytics, strategy, product development, and business, shaping the future of 0 to 1 enterprise AI products leveraging state of the art LLMs and other technologies.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $294,000-$414,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. + Drive cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations teams to prioritize initiatives and ensure seamless execution.
+ Lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics techniques, including predictive modeling, machine learning, and AI algorithms, to extract actionable insights from large datasets.
+ Apply advanced statistical modeling and machine learning algorithms to personalize user experiences and enhance product relevance.
+ Establish KPIs, metrics, and performance dashboards to monitor key business metrics, track progress, and identify areas for improvement.
