As a Barclays Prime Client Service Analyst, you will be the central point of contact for hedge fund clients. You will build deep relationships across our client base by providing best in class service through proactive engagement, delivering solutions and value-add content. This is an exciting opportunity to work with internal teams to deliver a smooth go-live experience for new clients and new funds/products for existing clients. You will also provide client support and SME for Prime Services web portal, reporting and on-line tools.

Salary / Rate Minimum: 110,000
Salary / Rate Maximum: 125,000

What will you be doing?

•    You will be the central point of contact for hedge fund clients and build and develop deep relationships across the client base 
•    Providing proactive client connectivity through regular client reviews and meetings and provide client support and SME for Prime Services web portal, reporting and on-line tools
•    You will maintain consistent issue tracking and coordination across internal stakeholders to achieve optimal client outcomes
•    Working with internal stakeholders managing the trade capture process and the settlement cycle 
•    Providing Sales and Account Management with regular updates on the clients’ activity and trends
•    Ensuring that the needs of the clients’ third party vendors such as administrators are met

What we’re looking for:

•    Bachelor’s degree and over one year experience in a Prime client facing role
•    Ability to build lasting relationships internally and with clients through daily interactions and office meetings 
•    Experience working in conjunction with internal teams to deliver a smooth go-live experience for new clients and new funds/products for existing clients
•    Excellent presentation, persuasive speaking, negotiation, and oral skills

Where will you be working?

You will be working at our Americas Headquarters at 745 Seventh Avenue. This 32-story office tower is located in Times Square in the heart of Manhattan and features a cafeteria, fitness center and state-of-the-art LED signage on the facade of the building.
