The Health Resources Division is seeking a dynamic Primary Care Value Based Program Specialist to drive innovative value-based and quality improvement initiatives for Montana's Medicaid programs. This position will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing programs that enhance primary care delivery and population health outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of value-based care models, quality improvement methodologies, and the ability to propose creative solutions to complex healthcare challenges.
