 Currently seeking aPrimary Care Physician, (BC/BE) in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine fora role in Houston, TX.    Will provide comprehensive health care,including preventive services, acute and chronic disease management, diagnosisand treatment of common illnesses.

 RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provideprimary care including episodic, preventive, and acute health care to adultpatients. Conducthistories and physical examinations and prescribes medications and/or medicaltreatments based on best practice standards. Developtreatment plans in collaboration with patients; educates and advises on medicalissues as needed. Evaluatethe effectiveness of medical care and monitors progress of patients. Maintainmedical records. 

REQUIREMENTS:

BE/BCInternal Medicine or Family Medicine provider (MD/DO)   2years minimum experience ValidTX License CurrentDEA Certificate

HOURS:

40hours   PatientLoad 8-12 Daily Outpatient
