Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Primary Care Physician to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/Harlem. The Adult Clinic at NYC Health + Hospitals/Harlem is designed to promote wellness and prevent disease and disability. Our physicians are nationally recognized experts in their fields. Special programs/support groups for those with chronic illness are held to provide additional help for diabetes, cancer, amputee education & Alzheimer’s/Dementia. The hospital maintains an academic affiliation with Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons.

Responsibilities The service at Harlem Hospital is an academic practice sponsored by the Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and SurgeonsOutpatient care, clinical supervision of fellows, residents and medical studentsPractice has daily patient load & time with patient/quality patient care is promoted Weekly team meeting to encourage collaboration and new ideas The practice is a research site for diabetes & fully staffed with support staff such as social workers, clinical pharmacists & dietician Qualifications Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Internal MedicineExceptional Benefits Include:
