Pricing Technology Lead Business Analyst - C14 - JERSEY CITY

The Central Enterprise Pricing Technology Lead Business Analyst will play a key leadership role in the design and build out of the Strategic Pricing data platform, which is aiming to create a unified framework and aligned operational processes to ensure Citi’s regulatory obligations are met and sustainable going forward - across and it impacts Citi’s Business and regional regulators. The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of Database design, SQL, and mastery of Data Analytics skillsets in both qualitative and quantitative against large and complex data structure.  The candidate will also work independently and provide leadership to the junior members of the team to ensure successful delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design and drive execution of accurate and reliable database / application modeling.

Ability to perform analysis on datasets to determine their quality, coverage, complexity

Normalize disparate data sets into a common logical model  for Securities and Pricing for various asset classes that will include Equities, Fixed Income (Corps, ABS, CMO, MBS, Govt) and Listed and OTC Derivatives)

Independently query data from multiple relational databases for analysis

Work directly with Technology, Operations, and Business partners to successfully deliver complex projects leveraging our enterprise reference data platform

Create BRD/FRD translating business logic into functional requirements

Communicate business concepts and expected functional behavior to Developers and other stakeholders

Create comprehensive use cases for testing

Provide leadership and guidance to the local teams on technical challenges and client communication

Able to drive criterial projects and partner with our client and down streams

Project management, implementation and testing plans

Qualifications:

10+ years of relevant experienceExperience in implementing projectsDemonstrated knowledge of client core business functionsDemonstrated leadership, project management, and development skillsRelationship and consensus building skills

Education:

Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experienceMaster’s degree preferred

$176,720.00 - $265,080.00
