**Pricing Specialist – Quincy, IL**
ADM Animal Nutrition, a division of Archer Daniels Midland Company, is seeking an ambitious individual for a Pricing Specialist role to be based at the Quincy, IL office and report to the Director, Pricing.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**
+ Price National and Area products for assigned product species/classes including contract quotes/pricing.
+ Price custom products for assigned plants including contract quotes/pricing. This may include commercial feed, premix, or pet food products.
+ Understand pricing inputs and the impact on price lists for a variety of customer markets.
+ Actively lead weekly price calculation update on rotating basis including understanding process flows.
+ Item setup in Oracle EBS for all of our businesses including developing an understanding of the purposes of the item attributes and categories.
+ Be a resource for peers and management and work seamlessly with other internal customers including formulations, purchasing, customer service, production, sales, quality, regulatory, and marketing groups.
+ Assume lead role on special projects as requested
+ Timely, accurate and professional communication with internal and external customers.
**POSITION REQUIREMENTS**
+ BS degree in Accounting or Business preferred
+ Minimum 3 years’ experience in professional business setting.
+ Demonstrated leadership and initiative
+ Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
+ Detail oriented
+ Ability to productively utilize Microsoft Access, Word, Excel, Oracle, and Powerpoint.
+ Strong time management and organizational skills.
+ Team Player

+ Working at a desk on a computer for extended periods.
+ Working on the telephone

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
The pay range for this position is expected to be between:
