Pricing Manager (On site/Hybrid/Remote)

STGi is currently seeking a Pricing Manager. The position has on site hybrid or remote options.
JOB SUMMARY:
M anage the creation of fully compliant cost /business proposals in response to government solicitations . The individual must work with teams consisting of employees from many departments within STG i and from other companies to develop strategies, prices, and proposals to identify pricing elements and collect relevant information.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
+ Responsible for and p erforms all pricing related activities to include the development and production of cost /business proposals in respo ns e to government solicitations
+ Collaborates with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure that all departmental and organizational objectives are achieved
+ Read s and analyze s government solicitation s for business proposal requirements
+ Recommend s pricing strategies for meeting the solicitation requirements
+ Establish es and monitor s schedule s and deadlines for all cost /business proposal related activities
+ Maintain s and update s cost models in Microsoft Excel to calculate direct costs, indirect costs, other direct costs and overall price
+ Perform s compensation analysis for employees and independent contractors using current corporate data and third party salary surveys
+ Track s competitor pricing to determine trends and pricing methods
+ Validates and establishes budgets of award ed contract pricing information
+ Submit s cost/business proposals for contract modification s in response to new or changing customer requirements
+ Business development capture duties as assigned
+ Other duties as required by business conditions or a s assigned
Required Skills
+ Proficiency with Office 365 with demonstrated proficiency in Excel
+ Professional writing, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
+ Demonstrated capacity for attention to deta il and accuracy of work product
+ Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of information, and exercise good judgment and discretion in handlin g and disseminating information
+ Ability to handle multiple tasks and small projects with rapidly ch anging priorities and deadlines
+ Demonstrated proficiency in the utilization of computerized office systems, in ternet and software is required
Required Experience
+ 5+ years d emonstrated knowledge and experience with T&M, Cost Plus, & Fixed Price pricing strategies and methodologies
+ 5 -8 years of experience in government contracting
REQUIRED EDUCATION
+ Bachelor’s degree
