Job Description/ResponsibilitiesBio: Optimize brand positioning and revenue growth through strategic, data driven pricing initiatives while promoting a culture of pricing transparency and controls. Execution of the Sazerac pricing strategies & enhance the margins of our brands while aggressively driving growth. Monitor competitive pricing, analyze distributor & retail margins & evaluate our discounting efficiency. Responsible for executing brand standard pricing strategies & make recommendations on pricing to drive the bottom line
Utilize PDS to improve skills and performance and measure progress. Support the widespread use of PDS within the finance organization. Promote and support Company culture within the finance organization.Utilize CDS to build a plan for mentorship, training and opportunity. Grow within Sazerac based on a career development plan. Supports the Pricing Exec Manager to know the career goals and plans for the team and works to develop and retain key successors in the organization.Responsible for the design of analytic tools & dashboards, in partnership with the Analytics team, Commercial Ops team, Chargeback team and Commercial Finance. Train Commercial team members on their use and how to drive insights for volume and financial growth.Pay a key role in helping to optimize our discounting strategy which will include but not be limited to the analysis of IRC & MIR Coupons as well as digital efforts. Work closely with Chargeback team to ensure 100% accuracy in depletion allowance reimbursements based on distributor agreements managed by Pricing Execution team.Be a contributor to growing our Top & Bottom line by improving & optimizing our per case metrics and identification of volume growth opportunities through evaluation of competitive benchmarking, category trends and portfolio gaps.Serve as a leader on the US Pricing Execution team for the US - making Vistaar be a high ROI Tool for the company & identifying profit opportunities.Responsible for developing our processes & procedures - particularly in the area of pricing.Ensure our Vistaar system is accurately maintained across all markets and will drive standardization in price structure mgmt. to allow for better analytics, more transparency and faster decision makingBe a key lead on developing our National Accounts pricing including private label and control label brands Qualifications/Requirements RequirementsMUSTStrong analytical and technical skillsStrong planning and organizational skillsDetail OrientedExcellent oral & written communication skillsexperience in a fast paced environmentBachelor's Degree5 years experience in a fast paced environment5 years relevant experience (minimum)PREFERREDRecord of successful leadershipPhysical RequirementsAbility to pay attention to detail
