We foster an environment built on trust and transparency, where everyone's voice is heard. **How you’ll live your ambition:** From our offices **in Genoa,** as a **Pricing and Fare Distribution Junior Analyst** , you will play a pivotal role in providing the operational teams with supporting and up-to-date systems to ensure the efficiency of our pricing and fare distribution processes. You will be responsible for implementing new technological solutions, maintaining existing systems, and analyzing technical data to ensure our pricing systems effectively support business needs. _Demonstrate your passion_ + You will have the opportunity to enhance our systems for multi-market and multi-channel onboard ancillary prices distribution. + You will interact with the revenue management and pricing analysts teams, actively supporting sales performance by identifying opportunities. + You will be responsible for upload in our system the dynamic fares in order to increase revenue, based on ad hoc analysis on the main KPIs, comparing sales trends to previous periods. _Get things right_ + You’ll collaborate closely with the IT department to prioritize and resolve system issues/bugs related to pricing systems. + You’ll be at the forefront of implementing new tools, analyzing processes to achieve efficient automation for faster business decisions. + You’ll champion our analytical initiatives, ensuring data-driven decision-making. **What makes you unique** + You’ve gained experience in complex, multinational companies, which will help you navigate our dynamic environment with ease. + You have previous experience in IT systems and database management, for at least 1 year. + An academic background Economics, Maths, Statistics, Engineering, IT, or a related field has been your starting point. + As a global citizen, you embrace diversity and communicate fluently in both English and Italian. + You possess a strong knowledge of the MS Office package, particularly emphasizing your organizational skills through advanced proficiency in Excel, quantitative tools, and knowledge of Power BI is a plus. + You excel in communication and stakeholder management, promoting openness and transparency. + You’re a real team player, able to encourage and help others in giving their best. **Why Costa** You'll be a vital part of our Genoa office, where our strategies come to life and our ships set sail.
