Job Description:

We're thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Pricing Analyst! In this role, you'll be at the forefront of establishing retail pricing to maximize RapidCare's sales and margins. You'll dive into analyzing competitive retail pricing and current and forecasted costs to craft the most effective pricing strategy for our 40,000+ unique products. This fantastic position is located in Brillion, WI.

THE DAY TO DAY...

Manage day to day activities related to product pricing

Establish customer pricing on existing and new products, ensuring consistency across channels maximizing company sales and margins

Determine competitive product pricing strategies and discount structure within each appropriate channel respective to the category’s channel strategies

Conduct Semi-annual pricing review – publish, distribute and communicate those changes internally and externally

Analyze historical pricing and margin to recommend and implement adjustments

Manage a portfolio of list pricing or MAP for products and associated sales area codes

Definition and upkeep of product codes and data fields specific to pricing analysis and publication

Evaluate and advise the Sales & Marketing team regarding promotional opportunities and execution

Work with sales managers to identify volumes, costs and discount off list pricing for an intended channel

Research pricing inquiries from customers and implement adjustments based on findings

Review and revise programs and promotions based on prior year results

Work with IT department and outside Business System Vendors to provide pricing data in a wide variety of formats

Measure and analyze business performance by customer segment and product line and correct under-performing areas through price adjustments

Set up pricing models and create/maintain standard work for pricing methodology

Test, update and maintain pricing in Ariens operating system

Partner with cross functional departments to ensure accurate pricing is implemented

THE QUALIFICATIONS...

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or Marketing or the equivalent in related work experience required or equivalent combination of education and experience

Minimum 5 years relevant Pricing experience

Strong attention to detail

General understanding of Outdoor Power Equipment and components

Ability to handle multiple and complex issues simultaneously

Advanced Excel skills is a plus
