The Opportunity:
The CDM Program is managed within the DHS Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), responsible for enhancing the security, resilience, and reliability of the Nation’s cyber and communications infrastructure. The DHS CDM Program mission is to safeguard and secure cyberspace in an environment where the threat of cyber-attack is continuously growing and evolving. The CDM Program defends the United States (U.S.) Federal Information Technology (IT) networks from cybersecurity threats by providing continuous monitoring sensors (tools), diagnosis, mitigation tools, and associated services to strengthen the security posture of Government networks. CACI supports the CDM Program by procuring, installing, and operating a variety of cyber security capabilities for eleven federal agencies in both classified and unclassified IT operational environments.

Responsibilities:
CACI is looking for a career and customer-oriented Pricing Agreement/ELA Specialist to join the PMO Team. In this role, you will provide procurement support to the Procurement Lead. You will work independently with general supervision.
Supports the procurement process such as coordinating with buyers, SDMs, vendors, program management, facilitate Subcontractor and ODC/Material/Software procurements in support of customer/contractual requirements.Manages the development and sourcing of large-scale software ELAs/Pricing Agreements/BPAs/BOAs. Manages and executes agreements through the deal lifecycle from inception through annual management and maintenance.Performs outreach and acts as a liaison to various vendors/suppliers and maintains strong relationships with industry partners. Operates in alignment with industry, Government, contractual, and corporate policies and regulations to ensure operational integrity.Identifies and manages agreement pipeline. Collaborates across stakeholders to obtain agreement details and license details, develops a deep understanding of technologies and licensing structures, consolidates data into cohesive value-driven proposals for presentation to customers and provides sound recommendations for unique agreements that provide value while solving complex challenges.Analyzes agreements to find and articulate cost savings, discounting, and opportunities for license or contract consolidation and optimization.Conducts new technology market research, obtaining data from multiple industry partners to drive decision making.Schedules and leads meetings with industry partners and works independently to move deals through the deal lifecycle in a timely fashionAdvocates for the customer when reviewing, discussing, negotiating, and developing pricing agreement proposals and structures. Acts with integrity.Prepares/Reviews Pricing Agreement and associated renewal RIP, DD1149, and DD250 forms.Supports Tool/ODC invoicing efforts.Tracks and reports on agreement metrics including adoption, baselining, usage, value realization, and customer satisfaction.Works with vendors to ensure all goods and services are ordered and received in a timely manner.Works with team to maintain accurate inventory records including details on price, performance, and delivery.Tracks pricing agreement data and develops pricing agreement artifacts (CONOPs, Proposals, etc.) of various types in multiple data sources (Excel, SharePoint, Word)Consolidates multiple related data sources (Excel, SharePoint) to optimize data tracking where applicable.Maintains and manages pricing agreement data and artifact repositories (SharePoint, Shared Drive) and maintains artifact metadata where applicable.Qualifications:
Required: US Citizenship requiredMust meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information and be clearable to a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) EOD determination.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of related work experience and 3+ years’ experience providing procurement support.Experience communicating and collaborating professionally with partners, customers, stakeholders, and managers at all levels of seniority.Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

The proposed salary range for this position is:
