The ideal candidate will operate press machines to cut, shape, and assemble metal components for jewelry production. Attention to detail and precision are essential for this role to ensure high-quality craftsmanship. **Key Responsibilities:** + Operate press machines to stamp, cut, or shape metal parts according to specifications. + Align and position materials accurately before pressing. + Adjust machine settings to ensure proper pressure and alignment. + Inspect finished pieces for quality, ensuring they meet design and production standards. + Maintain a clean and organized workstation. + Perform routine maintenance and report any mechanical issues. + Follow safety guidelines and company policies to prevent accidents. + Work closely with other production team members to meet deadlines and maintain efficiency. **Requirements:** + Previous experience operating a foot press machine or working in jewelry manufacturing is preferred. + Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail. + Ability to work with small, delicate components. + Basic knowledge of metalworking and stamping techniques. + Physical ability to stand for extended periods and use foot-operated machinery. + Willingness to learn and adapt to production needs. **Pay Details:** $16.00 to $18.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
